1. Are there any age restrictions?

Given the complexity of the logical games and the sensitive nature of some of the objects in the room that require careful manipulation, you must be at least 12 years old in order to participate. Children aged 12-14 must be chaperoned by an adult.

2. Are there any restrictions for participating?

Escape games are not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia, epilepsy or people with implantable pacemakers or cardiac defibrillators because the game takes place in a closed space and contains magnetic elements. If you suffer from a chronic disease which may be aggravated in a closed, dark places or due to intense noise, please contact us before booking.

3. How many people can participate?

Escape rooms are typically designed for team of 2 to 6 people. According to statistics, bigger groups have higher chances of solving logical puzzles in the given time.

4. How much time do I have?

From the moment you enter the thematic room, you and your team have 60 minutes to solve the enigmas of the game and escape. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier, so we have time to present the story and the rules of the game.

5. Will I really get locked in the room?

Yes, the door is locked for some of the thematic games. This is why it bears the name escape room or escape game. You don’t have to worry, though, because there is also an emergency button in the room that allows you to open the door at any moment, should you need it.

6. What does the escape game entail?

Every escape room has a theme and a mission to accomplish. Therefore, the puzzles of the game are designed so that the first tasks are easier to complete and as the game progresses, the difficulty level of finding additional clues increases too. Given that escape games are team games, perfect for team buildings, in each room there is at least one challenge that requires the involvement of at least two participants.

7. What happens if I don’t manage to find all the clues and escape?

Once the 60 minutes run out, our team will open the door. In this situation, if you’re curious, our team can show you the solution for the puzzles.

8. What do I do if I’m stuck at any point during the game?

Our team tracks the progress of the game every step of the way and we offer you assistance, should you need it. You may be given clues to guide you towards solving the puzzles, but we will not give you the final solution.

9. Can I experience the same escape game twice?

Yes, you may, but we do not recommend this option in order to maintain the enthusiasm of finding hidden codes and objects, as well as the genuine satisfaction you experienced the first time you escaped.

10. Can I play if I’m pregnant?

Of course. Escape rooms do not require sustained physical exercise and do not contain objects or other elements that have the potential to scare you or cause any harm. Should you need to, you can exit the room and then come back to continue the game with your team.

13. Can I cancel my reservation or modify any aspects of it?

Yes. After you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that you can later access to modify or cancel your reservation. If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please do that with at least 2 hours in advance.

14. What happens if I’m running late?

If you arrive 10 minutes later than the booked time interval and the next game interval is already booked, our team have to reduce the period of time allocated to your game, so that the following team doesn’t have to wait too long.

15. How do I pay?

There are two available payment options available at this time: cash after completing the game or through bank transfer prior to the day of the reservation. Please let us know in advance if you choose the second option.
