Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations with incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable details will be automatically cancelled by the Obscuria team, without prior notice.
2. Reservations can be modified or cancelled at least 4 hours in advance using the link in the confirmation email. If this deadline is not respected, the full amount must be paid, and in the case of advance payments, no refunds will be issued. Failure to attend or cancelling less than 4 hours in advance, or refusal to pay for unattended bookings, will result in future bookings being refused.
3. For two or more bookings, advance payment is mandatory. The advance is calculated as: number of bookings × price for 2 people. The remaining balance is paid on-site.
4. Teams must arrive 10 minutes before the booking time for a briefing on the game and the rules of conduct.
5. If players arrive after the booked time, the game duration will be reduced to avoid affecting the next teams.
6. All bookings are confirmed by email with full details (time, scenario). If you do not receive the confirmation within 30 minutes of booking, please contact us by phone or email (contact details are available on the contact page).
7. Teams may consist of 2–6 players. The minimum age to participate without adult members in the team is 14 years.
Players aged 12–14 may participate only if there is at least one adult (18+) in the team who assumes responsibility for the minors.
Children under 12 may only participate in teams with at least 2 adults, and the number of children must be equal to or less than the number of adults. Failure to comply will result in the booking being cancelled without refund.
8. Games are monitored by video throughout their duration, for proper operation and rapid intervention in case of emergency. Recordings are stored for a maximum of 30 days.
9. The game room door is locked electronically and will open upon completing the game, when time runs out, or by pressing the emergency button, which is available at all times.
10. Games are not recommended for people with claustrophobia, panic attacks, asthma, epilepsy, heart disease, pacemakers, or other conditions incompatible with the game. Participation in these cases is at your own risk.
11. Participants are responsible for any damage caused, whether intentional or not. In the case of minors, the responsibility lies with the adults in the team or the parents/guardians.
12. Access is prohibited to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in possession of such substances. Smoking is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in booking cancellation or game termination without refund.
13. Games rely on logic and attention, not physical force. It is forbidden to damage furniture, objects, installations, or systems. Damage will incur payment for repairs and for the booked time slots lost.
14. Photography or filming of rooms/objects is prohibited. Breach of this rule will result in the game being stopped without refund and may lead to legal action.
